1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or not of satisfactory quality.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 1 days of receipt.

2. How to Process a Return

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a description of the issue.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are confirmed to be defective or not of satisfactory quality.
  • If the item is not deemed defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 100 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item after a return, please initiate a return and place a new order.
